The Pulcina coffee maker, MDL02/1 BB designed by Michele de Lucchi, is the result of a long research on optimizing the shape of the coffee maker to improve and enhance the organoleptic properties of coffee. Thanks to the internal shape of its special boiler, Pulcina automatically stops the brewing of coffee at the right moment. This interruption allows you to get only the best of coffee, enhancing its full-bodied and round aroma. The spout is well pronounced and its typical V-shape reminiscent of a chick's beak is defined so that it cuts the drop well during pouring. Practical and functional, Pulcina does not require any special precautions to prepare coffee compared to a traditional mocha.
